This 7-day meal plan focuses on protein, vegetables & fruits that promote healing and are considered to have anti-inflammatory properties as well as other positive influences on your body during your recovery. The plan includes bottled drinking water, 3-meals each day, and daily servings of juice & fresh fruit. Additional snacks may include: Greek Yoghurt (can be lactose free if you prefer), Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds, Cereal & Milk, just to name a few.
