The normal processing time for a Vietnam eVisa is 4 business days (Business days = Monday-Friday, Vietnam time UTC+7, depending on national holidays).

Our service provides direct, expedited, fast access to Vietnam's visa application process.
Choose from half-day, 1 Day, 2 Day or 3 Day processing times depending on your needs and urgency (Vietnam is UTC+7 time, with processing of visas occurring between 10:00-11:30 and 14:00-16:30 local Vietnam time).
Our prices include the standard Immigration eVisa processing fee, plus the service fee to facilitate the expedited processing of your visa application.

Choose Single Entry or Multiple Entry. Multiple Entry means you can exit and return to Vietnam unlimited times during the visa validity period.
Once you have provided all the required information we will contact you to confirm when we have begun the process. We will send you an immigration evisa application reference number. If the visa is approved, and no additional information is required, you will receive the visa via email. For 1-day, 2-day & 3-day service this will be by 17:00 UTC+7. You can print or have the visa on your phone to show to immigration when you arrive and depart from Vietnam.
If we have already submitted your application to immigration, there is no way for any money to be returned if you change your mind or have any unexpected cancellations or changes to your trip to Vietnam.
Please contact us as soon as you realise any errors or that your plans have changed. If your application hasn't been submitted yet, we will return 100% of the money paid.
According to Article 5 of Resolution 30/2016/QH14 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the standard immigration e-Visa fee once submitted is NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON as the fee is for processing of the application and is NOT DEPENDENT ON EITHER GRANTING OR REJECTION of the visa.
If your visa application is rejected based on the policy of the Vietnam Immigration Department, you will receive a refund of the relevant fee for whichever fast service you chose. You will not receive a refund for the standard immigration e-Visa fee which is non-refundable, as per above.
Visitors to Vietnam from the following countries can arrive to Vietnam without a visa and will receive an entry stamp in your passport that permits the following visa free periods (at the discretion of the receiving immigration officer).
