30-Day Vietnam eVisa

REQUIRED:

1. Passport Information Page: Photo or Scan of entire page, with all information clearly visible

2. Clear photo of your face, passport photo style, facing the camera directly (see example in images above - a selfie is fine, we will crop and remove background for you)

3. Arrival Date

4. Arrival Port (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Moc Bai Land Border from Cambodia)

5. Email address

6. Choose Single Entry or Multiple Entry. Multiple Entry means you can exit and return to Vietnam unlimited times during the visa validity period. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Once you have provided all the required information (including the photo and passport ID at the required quality) we will contact you to confirm when we have begun the process. We will send you an immigration evisa application reference number. If the visa is approved, and no additional information is required, you will receive the visa 4 business days later via email (not including Vietnam national holidays). You can print or have the visa on your phone to show to immigration when you arrive and depart from Vietnam. 

NO REFUNDS: 
According to Article 5 of Resolution 30/2016/QH14 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the e-Visa fee once submitted is NON-REFUNDABLE BY ANY REASONS as the fee is for processing of the application and is NOT DEPENDENT ON EITHER GRANTING OR REJECTION of visa.

If we have already submitted your application to immigration, there is no way for any money to be refunded to you if you change your mind or if you have any unexpected cancellations or changes to your trip to Vietnam. 

Please contact us as soon as you realise any errors or if your plans have changed. If your application hasn't been submitted yet, we will return 100% of the money you paid us or update your information to submit your application with the correct information. If the application has already been submitted and the money paid to the government, there is no way for any refund. 

If your information is not sufficient and valid, you will be requested to provide further information or you can be rejected based on the policy of the Vietnam Immigration Department. If you have to provide the information again, the processing time will start when you resubmit the VALID information. In this case, please check your intended arrival day again. If it will be less than 4-business days away, you will need to use our Urgent 30-day Visa or Urgent 90-day Visa service to receive your visa before your intended arrival date or reschedule your flight.

VIETNAM DOES NOT OFFER VISA ON ARRIVAL.

SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT REQUIRE A VISA:
Visitors to Vietnam from the countries listed below can arrive to Vietnam without a visa. A stamp in the passport will be given, allowing entry for the relevant visa free stay period (at the discretion of the receiving immigration officer). Make sure you check your stamp immediately after receiving your passport from the immigration officer, it should clearly state your required exit date.
